Founder, Managing Director

Charlene PedroCharlene Pedro is the Managing Director of Conventus Consultinc. She offers over twenty years’ experience in human resource management. She brings a distinctive blend of skills to her human resource knowledge - her strategic perspective, honed from her ten years as director of the largest employers’ organization in Trinidad and Tobago, and a strong business acumen, garnered from her role as a senior manager leading the human resource function in the business development field. Charlene has a MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland and a B.Sc. in Management with a minor in Sociology from the University of the West Indies. She also has a certificate in Mediation Skills from the William Mitchell College of Law, Minnesota, U.S.A.

At Conventus Consultinc, Charlene has responsibility for the firm’s strategic direction in addition to business development, client services, project management and administrative matters.
